Call for Papers
with Best Paper Award

As part of BAS 2024, we have planned a full day for the Blockchain Scientific Track on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

The focus will be on the presentation of R&D results and the networking of university and non-university research institutions with potential partners from industry.

We provide researchers, educators, and students the opportunity to make their respective findings in the context of blockchain technology accessible to an interested, broad professional audience.

Invited are professors, scientific staff, doctoral candidates, as well as excellent students to present their research to a wide audience.

The ongoing Call for Papers for the Scientific Track is open-topic and not limited to a specific industry. Welcome are results from research projects, bachelor’s, master’s, diploma theses, and dissertations on the topic of blockchain.

Best Paper Award As part of the Scientific Track of BAS2024, a Best Paper Award will be held, which comes with a cash prize:

1st place: 500 Euros

2nd place: 300 Euros

3rd place: 200 Euros

 

Procedure Submission of the paper (using the paper template and print) by September 01, 2024, to bccm@hs-mittweida.de

Length: 2,500 to 5,500 words

Maximum eight pages

Additionally, the best can present their work as part of a lecture in the Scientific Track

Online Presentations: September 12, 2024

Lecture: approximately 20 minutes presentation and 10 minutes discussion or

Poster presentation: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
